As you may have seen on my previous blogpost I solved together with the support from OpenCockpits the electronic problem I faced. Now I’ve been busy to find a solution for my LED annunciators that fall off all the time. I figured out that it needed an acid free glue that does not ‘bite’ the plastic holder. I found one in our local shop just around the corner. It’s called a Cold Melt Glue Pistol. You can find one on Amazon here!
The only thing I now still need to do is connect the wires to the Outputcard and assign them in ProSim and cover the switches with knobs, assign the switches and LEDs in ProSim and I’m good to go.
Due to the fact that some people I know are gonna move houses, they said I can take over their computer and speakers for my flight simulator, which I highly appreciate. I will use this PC for powering the monitors behind the MIP rather than using my own private PC and move that one every time I want to fly. I will let you know once it is connected.
I’ll leave you with some wise words:
Remember, when you turn towards the light the shadows fall behind you. ~ PrinceEA
